The Center for Strategic Research (SAM) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Alameyn Institute, based in Najaf, Iraq. The memorandum, which expresses the institutions' intention to cooperate and work together, was signed during the visit of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Nuh Yılmaz to Iraq in May. As a result of efforts carried out within the scope of second-track diplomacy, this marked the 65th Memorandum of Understanding signed by SAM.
