DANILOV describes the backbone of Russia-Turkish relations in 1990s by regarding both internal and external factors of both nations. Umut Uzer explores the issue of Arab-Israel and calculate the impacts of Jewish interest groups on American foreign policy. Şebem Udum presents the challange in Caspian energy politis in terms of competition among regional and global actors in legal, political, economic level. Salahi R. Sonyel discusses EU approach to enlargement most specifically the issue of Cyrpus and bringing hindrance related to it.
