This study, which we, as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Center for Strategic Research, have prepared to shed light on the post-COVID-19 period in an environment of global pandemic and the uncertainty it produces, is based on the preliminary analyses of valuable academics and experts at a time when the pandemic continues.
Strategic research is the process of understanding the current situation correctly with a national foreign policy perspective, foreseeing and planning the future in the light of analysis, and being prepared for possible scenarios.
